Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems, networks, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, networking devices and other IT equipment.

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, system and connectivity-related issues.

- Install, configure and maintain operating systems, software applications and IT devices.

- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and other network-related issues.

- Manage user accounts, system access and basic IT security requirements.

- Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, equipment details and service history.

- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related installation, maintenance and repairs.

- Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance of IT equipment.

- Support data backup, system updates and basic cybersecurity practices.

- Assist with the implementation, configuration and upgrading of IT systems and infrastructure.





- Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, resolutions and maintenance activities.

- Ensure timely resolution and escalation of technical issues affecting business operations.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support / IT operations experience.

- Experience in cinema, retail, hospitality, mall or other customer-facing operations will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of hardware, software, LAN/Wi-Fi, networking and troubleshooting.

- Working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office and common business applications.

- Ability to troubleshoot POS systems and other operational technology.

- Valuable vendor coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and respond to operational emergencies.

- Willingness to work in shift-based operations, including weekends/holidays when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
