IT Executive | OroCraft Jewellery LLP | Andheri East, Mumbai | Full-time

OroCraft Jewellery is establishing India's first dedicated 24KT gold jewellery manufacturing house, positioning purity as a recent category in the Indian market. We are seeking a hands-on IT Executive to manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure, networking, and day-to-day technology operations across the office and manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure across business platforms (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace) and hosting environments (AWS / Azure)
- Administer and monitor networking across the office and factory — Wi-Fi, LAN, firewalls, and connectivity
- Maintain and support the physical IT setup, including workstations, servers, CAD and rendering machines, and peripherals
- Support and maintain surveillance and access systems such as CCTV and biometric attendance
- Manage user accounts, access controls, email, and data backups
- Ensure data security, system uptime, and protection across all systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and provide day-to-day IT support to the team




- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT purchases, repairs, and services
- Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and licence renewals

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in IT operations or systems administration
- Hands-on experience setting up and managing cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace and AWS / Azure)
- Solid knowledge of networking — Wi-Fi, LAN, firewalls, and troubleshooting
- Experience maintaining hardware, workstations, and surveillance/access systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
- A collaborative attitude, with the flexibility to take on responsibilities beyond the defined role

Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant certifications in cloud, networking, or systems administration (e.g. AWS, Azure, CCNA)
- Experience supporting a manufacturing or facility-based environment
