About the Role (Contractual role of 6 months)
We are looking for an experienced ISPRV Support Resource to provide dedicated operational and coordination support for managing and closing Information Security & Data Privacy compliance cases for third-party vendors.
The role will be responsible for managing ISPRV assessments and vendor engagements from case initiation through final documentation, execution, and repository closure, while coordinating closely with Business Users, Vendors, SCM, Contract Management, Legal, Information Security, and Data Privacy teams.
The position will play a key role in driving the closure of a large volume of open ISPRV cases, improving turnaround times, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
1. ISPRV Case Management & Tracking
- Maintain and regularly update the central ISPRV tracker.
- Review, prioritize, and manage open cases based on ageing, criticality, business requirements, and contractual dependencies.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders for pending information, actions, and approvals.
- Prepare status updates, ageing reports, and closure forecasts.
- Escalate overdue or critical cases to SCM leadership as required.
1. Business & Contract Coordination
- Coordinate with Contract Management teams to verify ISPRV clause coverage in existing contracts.
- Obtain and maintain executed contract copies.
- Validate contract references and identify amendment requirements.
- Coordinate with Business Users to obtain completed ISPRV questionnaires and confirm applicability.
- Collect business justifications and required approvals.
- Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained for audit purposes.
1. Vendor Management & Follow-Up
- Initiate and manage communication with vendors regarding ISPRV requirements.
- Share relevant ISPRV extracts, questionnaires, addendums, and supporting documentation.
- Follow up with vendors for:
- Clause acceptance
- Comments and redlines
- Pending responses
- Final document execution
- Coordinate with SCM Buyers to resolve vendor responsiveness or engagement issues.
1. Information Security & Data Privacy Coordination
- Coordinate vendor comments, queries, and exceptions with the appropriate internal teams.
- Liaise with Information Security/GISG for security-related requirements.
- Coordinate with the Data Privacy team for privacy and personal-data-related requirements.
- Track closure of observations, queries, and compensating controls.
- Organize discussions between Vendors, Business Users, GISG, Data Privacy, Buyers, and Contract Management teams.
- Document decisions, approvals, and action items.
1. Exception & Deviation Management
- Track vendor requests for deviations and exceptions.
- Coordinate formal reviews with Information Security and Data Privacy teams.
- Obtain and maintain documented approvals for accepted exceptions.
- Track compensating controls and risk acceptance decisions.
- Ensure all exception-related approvals and documentation are properly archived.
1. Addendum & Documentation Management
- Submit finalized ISPRV documentation to Contract Management for addendum preparation.
- Coordinate document review cycles with Legal.
- Monitor the execution process through completion and signature.
- Ensure fully executed documents are stored in the designated repositories.
1. Repository & Audit Support
- Maintain a complete audit trail for every ISPRV case.
- Organize and maintain vendor correspondence, questionnaires, approvals, signed addendums, and exception documentation.
- Ensure repository hygiene, document completeness, and accurate record keeping.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Success in this role will be measured through:
- Number of ISPRV cases closed per month
- Reduction in aged open cases, particularly cases exceeding 30/60/90 days
- Effectiveness of vendor follow-ups and response management
- Turnaround time for coordination activities
- Accuracy and completeness of audit documentation
- Repository compliance and document quality
- Stakeholder satisfaction across SCM, GISG, Data Privacy, and Legal teams
Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Procurement Operations, Contract Management, Vendor Governance, Risk Management, or Compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Strong documentation and audit management capabilities.
Preferred
- Understanding of Information Security, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), GDPR/Data Privacy concepts.
- Experience handling legal, contractual, or compliance documentation.
- Experience with SharePoint, contract repositories, and workflow management tools.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and proactive skilled who can independently manage a high-volume case pipeline, drive stakeholders and vendors for timely closure, maintain strong documentation discipline, and effectively coordinate across Procurement, Business, Legal, Information Security, and Data Privacy functions. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
