- Line Clearance: Verify and approve the cleanliness and clearance of manufacturing and packaging areas between different product batches to prevent cross-contamination or mix-ups.

- Real-Time Monitoring: Oversee critical process parameters (such as temperature, pressure, and humidity) and dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging operations to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

- In-Process Sampling and Testing: Supervise or conduct physical checks and sampling (e.g., weight variation, pH, and disintegration) at specified intervals during production. [1, 2, 3]

- Batch Record Review: Audit and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) for completeness, accuracy, and data integrity.

- Deviation and Incident Handling: Identify, log, and investigate manufacturing deviations,



non-conformities, or equipment failures, and assist in implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

- Audit Readiness: Maintain the plant in a constant state of inspection readiness for internal audits or reviews by regulatory authorities like the USFDA or WHO.
