We are looking to hire an iPaaS – Integration Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting system integration components across Oracle Fusion and the organisation’s existing enterprise applications for one of the largest semi-government organizations based in Dubai.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.

The role sits within the Technology Delivery Department and reports directly to the Technical Lead.

We are looking for a passionate Integration Developer with strong experience in iPaaS and middleware technologies , particularly Informatica IICS and Frends , along with hands-on experience integrating Oracle Fusion ERP with enterprise applications and systems. You should have experience delivering end-to-end integration solutions, working with APIs, ETL processes, data mappings, real-time and batch integrations, and both cloud and on-premises applications.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver integration components using Informatica IICS, Frends and Oracle Fusion PaaS.
- Analyse existing system integrations and identify all integration touchpoints required for ERP implementation and connected applications.
- Design, develop, test and successfully deliver assigned system integrations.
- Integrate Oracle Fusion with existing enterprise systems and applications, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure smooth implementation.
- Work closely with internal functional and technical teams to understand existing integration components and enhance them using Informatica, Frends and Fusion PaaS.
- Develop and maintain integration mappings, workflows and data transformation processes while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.




- Perform data cleansing and validation activities where required.
- Identify integration gaps and report them to the Technical Lead, ensuring completeness of technical and functional requirements.
- Review integration designs, technical architectures, coding standards, system administration and other technical documentation.
- Review implementation partner documentation and provide technical feedback to ensure quality and completeness.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation covering implementation, troubleshooting, ETL processes, coding, data extraction and transformation procedures.
- Support the identification and mitigation of technical risks associated with integration delivery.
- Analyse opportunities for integration improvements and work with the technical team to implement continuous improvements.
- Work with enterprise applications across both on-premises and cloud environments, including ERP, CRM, SaaS and PaaS platforms.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant technology/integration development experience.
- Proven experience in building and delivering integration components, preferably with 1–2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Informatica IICS and Frends iPaaS .
- Robust understanding of Oracle Fusion PaaS , Informatica and Frends architecture and capabilities.




- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and capabilities offered by SaaS applications.
- Experience with API Management and API Gateway technologies.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications such as Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Yardi, Azure and other ERP, CRM, SaaS and PaaS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with bulk data, real-time, file-based, cloud and event-driven integrations.
- Experience leveraging pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connectors and SaaS application capabilities.
- Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, WSDL, XML and other API standards.
- Experience working with relational databases, web services, messaging patterns and API-driven integration design.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, solution design, technology selection and implementation.
- Ability to analyse integration requirements, identify gaps and recommend technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Relevant technical certifications will be advantageous.
