Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage cash applications, including order to cash processes, billing, and collections.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments through various channels (e.g., credit cards, bank transfers).

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to cash allocation and accounts receivable.

- Utilize O2C Cash Application software to manage cash flow and maintain a high level of accuracy in financial records.

- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries from customers regarding their orders or payments.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in Cash Applications, Collections, or similar roles within the IT services industry.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.B.A. / B.M.S. Finance or B.Com Commerce).

- Solid understanding of OTC processes, including billing, cash allocation, and collections procedures.

- Proficiency in using O2C Cash Application software for managing cash flows and tracking financial transactions.
