Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations for CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA systems, networking and other security equipment.
- Receive, inspect, record and safely store incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records, GRN, issue/return records and inventory registers.
- Issue materials to technicians, projects and departments as per approved requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering of fast-moving and critical items.
- Maintain proper records of serial numbers, model numbers, quantities and material movement.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Projects, Service and Accounts teams for material requirements and reconciliation.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labelling and safe handling of electronic equipment.
- Track faulty, damaged, unused and returned materials and maintain separate records.




- Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports for management.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, security and organization of the store.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma with relevant experience in Store, Inventory or Warehouse Management.
- Experience in CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Networking or ELV/Security Surveillance products will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems/software.
- Strong organizational, documentation and stock-control skills.
- Ability to coordinate with technicians, purchase, project and service teams.
- Valuable communication and record-keeping skills.

Experience 3–6 years of relevant experience in Store/Inventory Management, preferably in the Security Surveillance, CCTV, Fire & Safety or ELV industry.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per hour
