Role Summary

We are looking for an Inventory Planning Executive to monitor stock levels, plan replenishment requirements, and ensure timely product availability. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, inventory management experience, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock availability.
- Identify replenishment requirements and prepare purchase plans.
- Analyze stock movement and inventory coverage.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and management teams.
- Prepare inventory reports and highlight stock shortage risks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Excel.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock planning.




- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
- Positive analytical and numerical ability.
- Experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

KPIs

- Zero stock-outs of critical products.
- Timely and accurate replenishment planning.
- Inventory accuracy and reporting discipline.
- Reduction in emergency procurement requirements.

Preferred Industry Experience Electronics, components, industrial products, imports, trading, distribution, or inventory-intensive businesses.

Education

Graduate in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
