Inventory & Operations Executive
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage raw material counting and stock updates.
- Receive and process consignments.
- Handle dispatch orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor low-stock items and raise alerts.
- Coordinate maintenance requirements and follow-ups.
- Manage material and logistical requirements for conferences/events.
- Maintain proper inventory and dispatch records.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 13 years of experience in inventory/store/operations.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
