About the Internship

Terra Rex Realty is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Real Estate Interns to join our team at Sector 136, Noida. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want to build practical experience in real estate sales, business development, customer relationship management, and property marketing.

The selected interns will work closely with our sales and business development teams and gain hands-on exposure to the real-estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in generating and following up on property leads.
- Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and assist in suggesting suitable property options.
- Support the team in property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
- Learn about ongoing real-estate projects, pricing, inventory, and market trends.
- Support the team in achieving monthly business and sales targets.
- Maintain daily activity reports and follow company processes.
