Role: International Voice Process Technical Support
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer interactions through calls, chat, and email.
- Provide basic technical support and resolve customer issues.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Update customer information using CRM tools.
Eligibility:
- Undergraduates and Graduates can apply.
- Pursuing candidates are not eligible.
- 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs can apply.
- Educational documents (Memos) are mandatory.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant International BPO experience can apply.
- Age should be below 34 years
- Career Gap more than 3 years is not acceptable
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 fluency).
- Basic computer and technical knowledge.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in night rotational shifts.
Work Details:
- Work From Office (WFO)
- Work Location: Uppal, Hyderabad
- Night rotational shifts
- 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Offs
- 2-Way Cab Facility within 23 KM radius
Salary:
- Freshers – 19,000 per month
- 6–18 Months Experience – 22,000 or 32,000 per month
- Above 18 Months Experience – 27,000 or 37,000 per month
