We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Intl. Voice Process Executive to join our team at North American Consultancy Pvt Ltd.
The candidate will be responsible for, handling customer queries related to E-commerce/Shipping platforms, providing prompt solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience for our US and Canada-based clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via email, chat and phone.
Assist customers with order status, product information, returns, refunds and complaints.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of issues.
Follow company guidelines and quality standards while interacting with customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Effective communication skills to interact with customer, clients and internal teams.
Qualification & Experience 0-3 years in voice or sales operations.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Adaptability to changing business needs and departmental priorities.
Preferred Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Prior experience in E-commerce/Shipping and or other related field is preferred.
Ability to work in night shifts (US/Canada time zone).
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel tools and customer support platforms.
Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
