Role Overview: We are looking for professionals with strong International Voice Process experience to support the evaluation of AI-generated speech and voice interactions. The role involves assessing voice quality, pronunciation, accent, tone, clarity, and overall conversational naturalness.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate AI-generated speech and voice responses for quality and naturalness.
- Assess pronunciation, accent, tone, intonation, clarity, and conversational flow.
- Compare voice outputs and provide accurate ratings based on defined guidelines.
- Identify unnatural, robotic, distorted, or unclear speech patterns.
- Evaluate voice interactions across different English accents and dialects.
- Document observations and provide structured feedback.

Mandatory Requirements

- 2+ years of International Voice Process experience.
- Experience handling US / global customers.
- In-house / Captive / GCC experience is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken English with near-native / C2-level proficiency.
- Robust listening, comprehension, and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of pronunciation, accents, tone, intonation, and conversational nuances.
