We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day execution of residential and commercial interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily interior execution activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed accurately as per architectural, interior and working drawings.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, ceiling, flooring, civil and other contractors.
- Monitor workmanship, finishing quality and execution standards.
- Take and verify site measurements before fabrication and installation.
- Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, storage and proper utilisation.




- Monitor manpower, productivity and daily work progress.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the design/project team for timely solutions.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, vendors, contractors and clients.
- Maintain daily site progress reports, measurements and pending-work updates.
- Ensure proper sequencing of different interior activities to avoid delays and rework.
- Prepare and monitor snag lists and ensure timely rectification.
- Ensure site cleanliness, discipline and basic safety standards.
- Assist in final inspection, snag closure and project handover.
