Design Huez is a boutique luxury residential interior design studio based in Mumbai, led by Principal Designer Sonam Mittal. We specialize in bespoke, high-end residential interiors across Mumbais premier residential developments. Our design philosophy balances flawless execution with authentic comfort, transforming spaces into refined, highly functional living environments.

The Role

We are seeking an active, detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-ground operations across our residential sites in Mumbai. In this role, you will be the bridge between the design studio and the site, ensuring that drawings are executed accurately, contractors stay on schedule, and material deliveries are inspected and tracked.

Key Responsibilities:

- In office Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site execution across active residential apartments, ensuring work adheres strictly to approved 2D working drawings and specifications.
- Trade Coordination: Coordinate and manage daily tasks with various on-site contracting teams, including carpentry, civil/masonry, electrical, POP/false ceiling, and painting crews.
- Site Verification:



Verify actual site dimensions against architectural layouts to identify and resolve site-condition discrepancies early.
- Material & Delivery Management: Receive on-site material deliveries (plywood, hardware, gypsum, stone, paint), cross-check quantities against delivery challans, and ensure proper on-site storage.
- Progress Reporting & Snagging: Maintain daily site logs, compile photo updates of progress, and track snag lists until all touch-ups are closed out.
- Society & Site Protocols: Ensure work follows building society guidelines, high-rise noise regulations, working hours, and lift-use policies.

Requirements & Experience:

- Technical Understanding: Ability to read and interpret 2D architectural plans, section elevations, electrical layouts, and carpentry working drawings.
- Trade Knowledge: Practical understanding of materials, joinery, modular woodwork, and finishes.
- Communication: Fluency in Hindi or Marathi (essential for contractor coordination) and basic English for WhatsApp reporting and daily logs.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel across active project sites in Mumbai.
