About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience in luxury villas and residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be able to handle interior design projects from concept to execution while coordinating with architects, site engineers, contractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop interior concepts for villas and premium residential projects.

- Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, 3D designs, mood boards, and material presentations.

- Create space planning solutions that balance functionality and aesthetics.

- Select furniture, fixtures, lighting, finishes, and décor elements.

- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and basic cost estimates.

- Coordinate with architects, site engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings.

- Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and client approvals.

Required Skills





- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.

- Robust knowledge of space planning, material selection, and interior detailing.

- Understanding of site execution and construction coordination.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Panaji, Goa+1

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in villa, residential, or real estate interior projects.

- Experience in luxury residential interiors will be preferred. Panaji, Goa+1

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates based in Goa or willing to relocate.

- Strong portfolio showcasing luxury villa or premium residential projects.

- Hands-on experience with site coordination and vendor management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
