About Lo Spazio

Lo Spazio is a growing interior design company focused on creating thoughtful, functional, and aesthetically refined spaces. We are looking for a creative, experienced, proactive, and self-driven Interior Designer to join our team and grow with us.

This is primarily a work-from-home position. However, the candidate must be willing and available to visit project sites whenever required for measurements, coordination, inspections, design discussions, and execution follow-ups.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their responsibilities and work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.

Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Design & Project Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
- Develop creative and practical interior design concepts.
- Prepare space planning and furniture layouts.
- Create mood boards, material selections, colour schemes, and design presentations.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models using SketchUp.
- Create and develop high-quality 3D renders using V-Ray.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, tiles, and other interior elements.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, carpenters, and execution teams.
- Visit project sites whenever required for measurements, inspections, coordination, and execution follow-ups.
- Identify design and execution issues and proactively provide practical solutions.




- Manage assigned projects and ensure work progresses according to timelines.
- Take ownership of projects with minimal day-to-day supervision.

Social Media Content Oversight
- Oversee and contribute to Lo Spazio's interior design-related social media content.
- Identify content opportunities from ongoing projects, completed projects, materials, and design trends.
- Help plan and coordinate photos and videos from project sites.
- Provide creative and professional input for interior design posts, reels, and other content.
- Ensure that designs, materials, and project information featured on social media are accurate and visually appealing.
- Coordinate with team members handling content creation, editing, and posting.
- Suggest relevant interior design trends, materials, concepts, and content ideas.
- Help maintain a consistent, premium, and visually appealing brand identity across Lo Spazio's social media platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Interior Design.
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in handling residential and/or commercial interior projects.
- Solid understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting,



and interior design trends.
- Experience in preparing detailed working drawings and coordinating with execution teams.
- Proficiency in the following software is mandatory:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- V-Ray
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely.
- Willingness and availability to travel for site visits whenever required.

What We're Looking For At Lo Spazio, we are looking for more than someone who simply completes assigned tasks.

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, creative, and organised Interior Designer who can take ownership of projects and responsibilities. Since this is a remote role, the ideal candidate should be capable of managing their work independently, prioritising tasks effectively, communicating regularly with the team, and ensuring projects move forward without requiring constant task-by-task instructions.

The candidate should also have an interest in visual storytelling, interior design trends, and social media content, and be able to contribute to building and maintaining Lo Spazio's digital presence.
