We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design and develop aesthetically appealing and functional interiors for residential flats and villas. The candidate will be responsible for developing interior concepts, layouts, material selections, and 3D designs, and coordinating with the Architect, vendors, and project team for execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement interior design concepts, including space planning and layout..
- Conduct site visits to assess spaces and take measurements.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for projects.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion.
- Develop layouts, moodboards, material palettes, 3D views and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong design sensibility, spatial understanding and attention to detail.




- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape or other relevant 3D visualisation tools.
- Valuable knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and detailing.
- Strong understanding of color theory, texture, and material selection.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to independently manage projects from concept to execution.
