Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design Sales role based in Bengaluru. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, and recommending design concepts, furniture, and space planning solutions that align with FDC Studios’ standards.

The Interior Design

Sales professional will prepare proposals, present design options, coordinate with the design and installation teams, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction. Day-to-day activities include showroom interactions, product demonstrations, managing leads, closing sales, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and project details.



The role also requires staying current with design trends, Aristo product offerings, and market developments to provide informed guidance to clients.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in interior design principles and space planning to create functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Sales skills, including consultative selling, negotiation, and closing techniques in a design or retail environment.
- Knowledge of furniture types, materials, and finishes, with the ability to recommend suitable options for different spaces.
- Relevant education or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and basic computer skills for documentation and presentations.
- Prior experience in interior design sales, showroom consulting, or home solutions is an advantage.
