Operations Executive – Insurance Surety Bonds

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end processing and documentation of Insurance Surety Bonds

. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of our surety team, coordinating seamlessly between clients, insurance partners, and internal sales divisions. The ideal candidate has 1 to 2 years of experience in surety bond operations, a practical grasp of Microsoft Excel

, and solid English communication skills to efficiently process transactions and handle business correspondence.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- End-to-End Processing:

Handle the intake, verification, data entry, and documentation of all incoming

Surety Bond proposals.

- Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise proactively with corporate clients, underwriting insurance partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure rapid bond issuance.
- Data & Record Management:

Maintain accurate, up-to-date MIS reports

, operational trackers, and digital filing systems utilizing Microsoft Excel.

- Lifecycle Management:

Assist with the issuance of endorsements, policy renewals, adjustments,

amendments, and eventual bond cancellations.

- Quality Assurance:

Audit proposal files against company standard operating procedures (SOPs)



and underwriting guidelines to guarantee zero documentation errors prior to submission.

- TAT Tracking:

Actively track pending applications and execute timely follow-ups to maintain a quick

Turnaround Time (TAT)

- Query Resolution:

Address routine operational and documentation-related questions raised by clients or team members promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations, specifically working with Commercial,

Contract, or Bank Surety Bonds.
- Education:

Graduate/Bachelor's degree in any stream (or equivalent commercial experience).
- Technical Skills:

Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel

(ability to manage rows/columns, use basic formulas like SUM/AVERAGE, filter data, and maintain logs cleanly).

- Language Proficiency:

Good verbal and written English communication skills to draft clear emails and converse professionally with insurance corporate offices.

- Attributes:

Strong attention to detail, capable of multitasking under pressure, and a team-player attitude.
