Role Description:
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing engaging, learner-centric and outcome-driven learning experiences for executive education programs. The role involves collaborating with faculty, subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders to convert academic and business content into impactful digital learning journeys.
Qualifications:
Learning Design & Development
- Design and develop online, hybrid, and self-paced learning modules for executive education programs.
- Translate faculty inputs and raw content into engaging instructional materials.
- Create learner journeys, course structures, assessments, assignments, and interactive learning activities.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, participant handbooks, and learning aids.
- Ensure content aligns with adult learning principles and executive learner expectations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with faculty members, SMEs,
and program teams to understand learning objectives and business outcomes.
- Coordinate with video production, LMS, and operations teams for seamless course delivery.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining instructional quality and learner experience.
Content Quality & Innovation
- Review and enhance existing learning content for engagement, clarity, and effectiveness.
- Integrate AI-enabled learning tools, multimedia, simulations, and interactive methodologies wherever relevant.
- Stay updated with trends in instructional design, digital learning, and executive education.
Learning Effectiveness & Evaluation
- Design assessments, quizzes, projects, and feedback mechanisms to measure learning outcomes.
- Analyze learner feedback and engagement data to improve program effectiveness.
- Ensure consistency in instructional standards across programs.
