Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructional Designer who will be responsible for designing and updating training materials and products to support business needs. In this role, the Associate Instructional Designer/Technologist will work with the learning and development team to create current materials and update existing materials to support business growth and goals. The incumbent will also manage customer support requests related to the learning management system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Thorough knowledge of adult learning design and development best practices and techniques.

2. Ability to think critically and solve problems related to instructional design and development challenges.

3. Demonstrated experience working with western companies/organizations

4. Experience with having to communicate complex ideas, topics, and issues with U.S. team members.

5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and subject matter experts.

6. Storyboarding and storytelling skills (ability to utilize, understand and follow, and in some cases develop detailed

outlines and or storyboards for developing learning content.)

8. Proficient writing and editing skills to create clear and engaging instructional content and materials.

9. Graphic Design Skills/Portfolio

10. Audio and Video Editing/Engineering

11. Proficient understanding of Design Standards/Visual Composition/Photography/Videography

12. Ability to incorporate different learning modalities and elements (e-Learning, Instructor Led, blended learning solutions) in partnership with team members and SMEs.

13. Experience with working with various LMS technologies

14. Ability to write and design effective assessments to properly measure learning outcomes (done in collaboration with

15. Learning Architect/team members/SMEs)

16. Demonstrated understanding of the future of corporate L&D;: AI/Microlearning/Blended Learning/Etc.
