Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, online enquiries and references.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and convert leads into customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products and solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.




- Conduct client visits, meetings and product presentations whenever required.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, orders and payments.
- Identify current business opportunities and potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and sales activities.
- Drive repeat business through regular customer follow-ups and relationship management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Comfortable with both telephonic sales and client visits.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in Cosmetic, FMCG, Pharma, Beauty or Personal Care will be preferred.
- Should be willing to travel locally for client meetings whenever required.
