Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging prospective clients, and promoting HR TEAM’s services to generate qualified leads. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, following up on leads, and coordinating with the sales and operations teams to move prospects through the sales pipeline. The role also involves understanding client needs, presenting appropriate service offerings, and supporting the achievement of sales targets while ensuring a positive client experience.

The Inside Sales

Specialist will collaborate closely with colleagues to refine messaging, share market feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement in sales processes.

Qualifications





- Demonstrated skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation for service-based offerings.
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through attentive Customer Service.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Experience using CRM or sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work with performance metrics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Noida and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
