Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and nurturing prospective clients through the sales pipeline. The specialist will provide detailed information on services, schedule meetings or site visits for the field sales team, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, following up on leads, supporting customers with product and service information,



and collaborating with marketing and operations to improve conversion and client satisfaction. The role also involves meeting sales targets, preparing basic sales reports, and ensuring a positive, qualified customer experience at all times.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
- Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring responsive and empathetic support.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar applications.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
