We are looking for a confident and result-oriented candidate who can speak with nurses already based in the UK and looking for new job opportunities.

The role involves speaking with candidates, understanding their requirements, explaining our recruitment process, answering their questions, handling objections, and converting interested candidates into paying clients.

You will be trained on our complete process and services. However, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and a genuine sales mindset who can build trust and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle questions, concerns, and objections
- Follow up with interested candidates
- Build a good relationship with candidates
- Convert qualified leads into clients and achieve sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

- Solid communication and convincing skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking on calls
- Sales or B2C sales experience preferred
- Good English communication
- Positive, energetic, and target-oriented personality
- Ability to handle objections and close sales
- Healthcare recruitment experience is not mandatory — training will be provided
