Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to generate leads.

- Understand customer requirements, address basic queries, and assist in converting leads into customers.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.

- Track leads, schedule follow-ups, and support the sales team in managing the sales pipeline.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding and support experience.

- Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets through consistent follow-ups and customer engagement.

- Learn and stay updated on FinGrad's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.





- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports and share updates with the reporting manager.

- Support lead generation initiatives, customer outreach campaigns, and other sales-related activities as assigned.
