Key Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries from ads, WhatsApp, calls and website
- Understand customer requirements, budget, quantity and purchase timeline
- Explain product suitability, perks, pricing and installation requirements
- Prepare quotations, handle objections and follow up consistently
- Close orders and coordinate payment collection
- Coordinate technical clarifications, demonstrations and installation partners
- Maintain accurate lead stages, follow-ups and quotation details in the CRM
- Share customer feedback and recurring objections with the marketing team
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
