Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and generate sales leads.
- Connect with clients and understand their product requirements.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, and pending orders.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and internal teams for order processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
