Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined Infrastructure Engineer – Freshers to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of networking, operating systems, hardware, and troubleshooting, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the infrastructure domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Provide basic technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with Windows and Linux system administration.
- Support basic LAN/Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting.
- Assist in configuring routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Monitor system performance and identify basic infrastructure issues.
- Maintain IT assets, systems, and technical documentation.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior infrastructure engineers.
- Follow IT security and infrastructure support procedures.

Required Skills





- Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware and Networking.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization/cloud concepts is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure is an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong interest in IT Infrastructure and System Administration.

Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech – CSE / IT / ECE / EEE or related streams.
- BCA / MCA / B.Sc. Computer Science / IT candidates can also apply.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
- Candidates with academic projects or certifications in Networking, Linux, Cloud, or System Administration will be preferred.
