Role & responsibilities

- Manage and support enterprise Routing, Switching, Wireless, SD-WAN, SD-LAN, and Data Center network environments.




- Troubleshoot network incidents, outages, and performance issues to ensure service availability.
- Perform configuration changes, network maintenance, and optimization activities.
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes in line with operational standards.
- Conduct network monitoring, packet analysis, and root cause analysis activities.
- Collaborate with OEM vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and service improvements.
- Ensure SLA compliance and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
- Support network documentation, governance, and knowledge-sharing activities.
