Role & responsibilities

- Lead Oracle and/or SQL Server database operations, major incident resolution, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Design, implement,



and support High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions.
- Drive database performance tuning, optimization, scalability, and capacity planning initiatives.
- Lead automation and operational efficiency programs using scripting and database tools.
- Mentor database administrators and provide technical guidance across projects and operations.
- Support database migration, upgrade, consolidation, and modernization initiatives.
- Establish database security, governance, compliance, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve database reliability and service quality.
