Role Purpose The Chief Manager – IT System Integrator will lead the design, execution, integration and lifecycle management of a large corporate campus digital ecosystem . The role will integrate hybrid cloud infrastructure, smart-campus IoT, enterprise applications and physical infrastructure into a secure, scalable and high-performing technology workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute end-to-end IT systems integration roadmaps for a large corporate campus.
- Integrate Building Management Systems (BMS), IoT networks and enterprise applications .
- Standardize environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform/Ansible across testing, staging and production.
- Develop and integrate microservices and API-driven hybrid cloud infrastructure .
- Integrate NOC/SOC, cloud operations, physical hardware and smart-campus automation.
- Oversee technical Bills of Materials (BoMs) and coordinate sourcing of OEM-certified equipment and software.
- Manage vendor staging and lab testing to ensure multi-vendor interoperability.
- Manage system integrators, contractors, OEMs and technology vendors against defined SLAs.
- Drive service availability and operational continuity through AIOps and automated/self-healing workflows .
- Collaborate with NOC and SOC teams to safeguard infrastructure and minimize downtime and security risks.




- Lead technical evaluation of vendors and system integrators and support commercial negotiations.
- Establish testing and commissioning strategies, including FAT, SAT, integrated systems testing and performance testing .
- Ensure cybersecurity controls, network segmentation, access restrictions and secure configurations.
- Manage project documentation, commissioning records, O&M; manuals, system configurations, licenses and handover.
- Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to ongoing IT operations.

Candidate Profile

- 10–12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise IT infrastructure design, network engineering or systems integration.
- Minimum 4 years in a leadership/program role managing large physical technology environments such as corporate campuses, technology parks or industrial smart facilities.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), software-defined networking (SDN), IaC and AIOps .
- Experience managing complex multi-vendor technology environments and large-scale systems integration.
- Qualification: Engineering in IT/E&TC; or BCS/MCS.
- Preferred certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Architecture, TOGAF, CCIE/CCNP, CKA, PMP, PRINCE2 or ITIL .
