Role & responsibilities

- Perform Oracle and/or SQL Server installation, configuration, administration, patching, upgrades, and migration activities.




- Manage database backup, recovery, refresh, cloning, and routine maintenance activities.
- Monitor database health, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure service level compliance.
- Support High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) configurations.
- Optimize database performance and support capacity management initiatives.
- Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and support teams during deployments and change activities.
- Follow database security, compliance, and governance best practices.
