: IT Executive (Hardware and Software Support Services)

As an IT Trainee for Support Services, he/she will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal department users. He/she will learn to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues under the guidance of senior IT staff. This role involves hands-on site and remote support, contributing to the productive operation of IT systems and services within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues. Respond to queries via phone, email, in-person, and resolve problems promptly and effectively.
- Hardware Installation and Maintenance: Assist in the setup, installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, peripherals, and networking devices.
- Software Installation and Troubleshooting: Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems. Diagnose and resolve software-related issues to ensure optimal performance.
- User Training and Assistance: Conduct basic training sessions for employees on software and hardware usage.



Provide guidance and troubleshooting tips to enhance user efficiency and minimize disruptions.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the IT team members to escalate complex issues and collaborate on projects. Assist in the implementation of IT initiatives and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Skill and Qualification:
- Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components, operating systems, and software applications.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills through hands-on training and practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Diploma in hardware, network, and application software.

Experience:
- 2-3 years in IT.
