Job Summary

Wiser By The Mile is looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our premium leather garment manufacturing company in Ambattur, Chennai.

The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for production planning, line balancing, productivity improvement, capacity planning, manpower allocation, WIP monitoring, factory layout, process improvement, and production performance reporting.

Experience in the leather or garment manufacturing industry is mandatory.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
