We are looking for an Export & Import Executive who is interested not only in export-import operations but also in developing new business opportunities and international markets.

The company can provide business leads, product support, market opportunities and guidance to help the right candidate develop new customers and business.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Export & Import documentation and procedures.
- Coordinate with CHA, Customs, Freight Forwarders and Shipping Lines.
- Prepare Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills and other export documents.
- Handle DGFT, ICEGATE, AD Code and related formalities.




- Coordinate export shipments, container bookings, loading and dispatch.
- Develop new international customers and export enquiries.
- Identify new countries, markets, products and business opportunities.
- Follow up with overseas buyers, distributors and traders.
- Generate and convert export enquiries into orders.
- Develop and present new business ideas to management.
- Coordinate quotations, negotiations and order execution.
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective international customers.
