Key Responsibilities

- Handle Export & Import documentation and procedures.
- Coordinate with CHA, Customs, Freight Forwarders and Shipping Lines.
- Prepare Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills and other export documents.
- Handle DGFT, ICEGATE, AD Code and related formalities.
- Coordinate export shipments,



container bookings, loading and dispatch.
- Develop new international customers and export enquiries.
- Identify new countries, markets, products and business opportunities.
- Follow up with overseas buyers, distributors and traders.
- Generate and convert export enquiries into orders.
- Develop and present current business ideas to management.
- Coordinate quotations, negotiations and order execution.
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective international customers.
