Position: Export & Import Executive

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (on-site) Local Candidate Only.

CTC - 25k to 30K per Month (Depend on the experience)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end export and import documentation.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB, and LC documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters.




- Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, and international trade regulations.
- Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and customers.
- Manage export incentives, EPCG, Advance Authorization, and other trade-related perks where applicable.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and sales teams for timely dispatches.
- Handle communication with overseas customers and suppliers.
- Maintain records of all import/export transactions and documentation.
- Resolve shipment, customs clearance, and logistics-related issues.

Qualification:

- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Hands-on experience in export-import documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL/AWB, and LC handling.
- Working knowledge of customs procedures, DGFT guidelines, and international trade compliance.
- Prior experience coordinating with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters.
- Familiarity with export incentive schemes such as EPCG and Advance Authorization is an added advantage.
