Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage access control systems, including authentication, authorization, and provisioning of users.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements through effective licensing management.
- Troubleshoot issues related to offboarding and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for employees.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement in ticketing and exchange server operations.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of advertising, IAM (Identity Access Management), SailPoint IdentityNow, SAML2.0 protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server administration.
