Youth For Seva (YFS) is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our core HR and Administration functions. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant and employee-centric HR operations while building robust processes that support the organisation’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Payroll Management: Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance, leave, salary inputs, deductions and related documentation.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other statutory requirements, along with timely filings and records.
- HR Operations: Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee records, HR documentation, confirmations, transfers, exits and HRIS/ESS systems.
- HR Policies & Processes: Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs and internal processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Employee Engagement & Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, HR-related concerns and workplace matters while fostering a positive employee experience.
- HR Administration: Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative activities, documentation, vendor coordination and office-related support in collaboration with the Admin team.
- HR MIS & Reporting:



Maintain accurate HR data and generate periodic reports and insights for management review and decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows through technology, automation and better systems.

Qualifications & Experience

- 7–8+ years of relevant experience in HR , preferably with strong exposure to HR Operations, Payroll and Compliance.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR systems.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the social sector/NGO setting will be an added advantage.
