Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain candidate and employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle onboarding, attendance, leave, probation, and employee coordination.
- Support payroll inputs, HR policies, and performance management.




- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for technical and non-technical positions.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and workplace discipline.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years preferred.

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good recruitment, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, HR/recruitment platforms, and basic HR processes.
- Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and responsible.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Experience in Engineering, Construction, BIM, or Infrastructure recruitment is an advantage.
