Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Apollo Heat Exchangers’ facility near Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

The Human Resources

Manager will handle HR administration such as maintaining employee records, overseeing payroll inputs, managing benefits,



and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. This position will partner with leadership to support workforce planning, learning and development initiatives, and succession planning, as well as address employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner. The role also involves supporting health and safety initiatives, driving organizational culture aligned with Apollo’s values, and contributing to HR process improvements and automation.
