Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the Gurugram office. This full-time, on-site role will manage HR policies, maintain compliant HR records, and support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
The role includes designing and implementing HR processes, coordinating training and development programs, and handling employee relations and conflict resolution in a fair and transparent manner.
The Human Resources
Manager will also administer compensation and benefits,
support compliance with labor laws and internal governance standards, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the firm’s values. Collaboration with senior management and operations is required to ensure HR initiatives support business goals and growth.
Qualifications
- Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and building inclusive, respectful workplace cultures.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration, HR compliance, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to design and deliver training, manage talent development initiatives, and support succession planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management tools, and strong organizational and analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in financial services, real estate, or advisory environments is preferred, along with comfort in boutique or entrepreneurial settings.
