We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee daily HR operations, employee performance, engagement, retention, and development. The ideal candidate is organized, independent, and comfortable working closely with managers and employees in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and monitor overall HR Department activities.

- Ensure proper execution of onboarding and offboarding processes.

- Monitor employee performance, KPIs, and performance reviews.

- Conduct regular employee check-ins regarding workload, work environment, and overall well-being.

- Address employee concerns and coordinate solutions with managers.

- Support employee growth, career development, promotions, and role transitions.

- Provide data-based recommendations for salary increases, bonuses, and employee recognition.

- Monitor employee engagement, retention, attendance, and workplace concerns.

- Coordinate employee activities, surveys, and engagement initiatives.

- Ensure HR policies,



documentation, and processes are properly followed.

- Provide HR updates and recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

- 24 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.

- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

- Strong communication and people management skills.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Able to handle confidential employee information professionally.

- Can work independently and under pressure.

- Proactive and comfortable sharing ideas and recommendations.

Work Requirements

- In-office position

- Comfortable working 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST

- Comfortable attending daily meetings.

- Must have their own reliable laptop.

- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
