Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with day-to-day activities in a fast-paced event production workplace. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Responsibilities include assisting with employee onboarding and documentation, maintaining HR records, and helping administer HR policies and procedures. The intern will support personnel management tasks such as attendance tracking, basic employee queries, and coordination of benefits-related documentation.



The role may also involve assisting with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, preparing HR reports, and supporting employee engagement initiatives and training logistics.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical experience.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and ability to assist in their communication and implementation.
- Basic skills in Personnel Management, including record keeping and coordination of HR processes.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi and adapt to a dynamic, event-focused work environment.
