Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh . The position requires working in a US night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday .

The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and exit processes, and coordinating payroll and benefits-related documentation. The role involves assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable regulations, and supporting performance management and appraisal processes.

The individual will manage employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution,



and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Executive will also support recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, assist with HR reporting and analytics, and collaborate with leadership to improve HR processes and employee engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including understanding of core HR functions and best practices.
- Candidates should possess experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, including implementation, documentation, and compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including handling employee concerns, supporting engagement initiatives, and maintaining a professional work environment.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office and HR tools or HRIS systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications and prior experience in staffing or IT services are an added advantage.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a US night shift and from the office on a full-time, on-site basis.
