? What You’ll Do:

✔️ Own end-to-end hiring across E-commerce, Q-commerce, GT & MT roles

✔️ Hire for roles like Ads Specialists, Marketplace Managers, Sales & Growth teams

✔️ Source top talent via LinkedIn, Naukri & other platforms

✔️ Conduct screening interviews & coordinate with hiring managers

✔️ Ensure rapid closures & quality hiring





✔️ Manage offer rollout & onboarding experience

? Who Should Apply

:✅ Atleast 1 of experience in recruitment, administration and Operations

✅ Experience hiring for E-commerce / Digital Marketing / Sales roles is a big plus

✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills
