– HR EXECUTIVE

Department: Human Resources

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Management / Director

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Executive / HR Manager to manage the company's day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and implementation of company policies.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication and organizational skills, maintain confidentiality, and be capable of independently handling HR activities in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

- Manage the complete recruitment process from job posting to joining.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and joining documentation.
- Complete employee onboarding and induction.

1. Attendance & Leave Management

- Maintain daily attendance and employee records.
- Monitor late coming, absenteeism, overtime and early departures.
- Maintain and implement the company's leave policy.
- Prepare monthly attendance data for payroll processing.

1. Payroll & Salary Administration

- Coordinate monthly payroll preparation.
- Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions, advances and incentives.
- Maintain accurate salary records.
- Coordinate with management/accounts for timely salary processing.
- Handle employee queries related to salary and deductions.

1. Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and other applicable compliances.




- Maintain statutory registers and HR records.
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors and government authorities whenever required.
- Ensure employee documentation is complete and up to date.

1. Employee Records & Documentation

- Maintain personnel files and confidential employee information.
- Maintain offer letters, appointment letters, KYC documents, appraisal records, warnings, disciplinary records and exit documentation.
- Keep HR databases and employee master data updated.

1. Performance & Employee Management

- Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisals.
- Monitor probation periods and confirmation processes.
- Handle employee grievances and workplace issues professionally.
- Assist management in disciplinary matters and issue warning/show-cause letters when required.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

1. HR Policies & Processes

- Implement company HR policies and ensure employees understand them.
- Develop and maintain HR SOPs and processes.
- Ensure proper communication of company rules and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

1. Training & Development

- Identify training requirements in coordination with department heads.
- Organize employee training and maintain training records.
- Support induction and orientation programs for new employees.

1. Exit & Full & Final Settlement

- Manage resignation and exit formalities.




- Conduct exit interviews where required.
- Coordinate notice-period requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate Full & Final Settlement.
- Ensure recovery/return of company assets and completion of clearance formalities.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment practices.
- Good knowledge of payroll and attendance management.
- Working knowledge of statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to handle employee issues firmly and professionally.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing/company environment will be preferred.

- Recruitment and joining within required timelines.
- Accurate attendance and leave records.
- Timely statutory compliance.
- Complete and updated employee documentation.
- Effective handling of employee grievances.
- Employee retention and engagement.
- Timely completion of probation, appraisal and exit formalities.
- Proper implementation of company HR policies.
