Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Senior HR Manager to oversee human resources and industrial relations across our infrastructure projects and corporate offices. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle—from high-level talent acquisition to managing site labor compliance and industrial relations. You will act as a strategic partner to the executive team, ensuring our workforce is scaled efficiently, compliant with all labor laws, and aligned with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior project managers, billing engineers, contracts teams, and specialized technical staff. Develop robust talent pipelines to minimize project downtime.
- Labor Compliance & Statutory Governance: Ensure absolute compliance with all local labor laws, Contract Labor (Regulation & Abolition) Acts, Factory Acts, and employee welfare regulations across multiple construction sites.
- Industrial Relations (IR): Manage trade union interactions, mitigate industrial disputes, and maintain peaceful, productive employee relations at project sites.
- Payroll & Compensation Management: Oversee the structural layout of employee compensation, project site allowances, and monthly payroll validation for both corporate and field-level workforces.
- Performance & Talent Management:



Design and implement annual performance management systems, KPI tracking, and retention strategies for technical and managerial teams.
- Site HR Administration: Oversee site HR teams responsible for worker accommodation (camp management), transit safety, health insurance protocols, and on-site basic amenities.
- HR Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare, monitor, and manage the annual HR department budget. Deliver data-driven HR analytics and reports to corporate leadership.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education: MBA in Human Resources, Master’s in Human Resource Management (MHRM), or a Master’s degree in Labor Laws / Industrial Relations.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years explicitly within the infrastructure, real estate, EPC, or heavy construction sectors.
- Core Competencies: Advanced knowledge of labor law compliances, proven experience in resolving site-level worker disputes, and stellar negotiation skills.
- Software Skills: Proficiency with enterprise HRMS software (e.g., Darwinbox, SuccessFactors, Zoho) and advanced MS Excel for workforce data analysis.
- Key Attributes: High emotional intelligence, strong leadership presence, and the resilience to travel to active project sites as needed.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
